Hitting - It is unlawful to take the life of user, this applies to everyone except cops. [15] minutes in the cells.
Using a hand weapon - It is unlawful to use a force multiplier when hitting someone. This counts to users and cops. [5] additional minutes to jail sentence, no warning shall be given.
Murdering - It is unlawful to murder someone, this applies to users and cops. No warning shall be given. [30] minutes in the cells.
Assault on Cop (AOC) - It is unlawful to hit a member of the NYPD, no warning given. [20] minutes in the cells.
Exceptions - If a user hits you off-duty in a room or a turf room, you cannot arrest unless you get hit on duty. No time in the cells.
Blocking - It is unlawful to block another user from where they are going, this includes refusing to move from an action point or blocking arrows or gates. 1 warning will be given, if continued [5] minutes in the cells.
It is unlawful to engage in bullying, or harassment. The followings points are considered harassment: General statements which a discriminatory based on the reasons below.
• Speech directed specifically at another user intended to be hurtful or abusive towards another person.
• Speech which encourages other to act in violation of this law.
• Sexually harassing another user, or graphically role-playing rape (against the wishes of the victim).
• Any crime under this section being committed in a language other than English.
• One line of less severe harassment should not be warned this includes things like calling someone a noob.
• The harassment rule does not apply to things like saying fuck you or tosser.
• Arguments do not count as harassment. The punishment is 1 warning, if continued [5] in the cells.
Abuse of 999 - It is unlawful to intentionally abuse the 999 system, this includes: Being cheeky, direct harassment towards a group of officers, etc. No warning will be given for this punishment. [5] minutes in the cells.
Evading an Arrest - It is unlawful to evade or run away from a Police Officer when they are trying to arrest you, when they catch the user, they will serve an additional [5] minutes in the cells. No exceptions.
Logging out - It is unlawful to log out when getting arrested, if this happens you will face an additional [15] minuets to your original arrest. No warnings given.
Jail-breaking - It is unlawful to attempt, or assist a jailbreak. Offenders in violation of this law will face fifteen [15] minutes in the cells. Offenders who are jailed when they assist will have their sentences extended by fifteen [15] minutes. No warnings given.
Escaped Convict - It is unlawful to wander the streets with the tag escaped convict or the jail clothing. Offenders who walk around with this tag/clothing will be arrested for [5] minutes immediately. No warning.
Obstruction of Evidence (POOF) - It is unlawful to cause a poof of any kind to occur whilst you are standing on the jailbreak point, assuming that you are stunned and cuffed. Any suspect who removes an item of clothing, or uses any other kind of command to poof while on the jailbreak spot will be arrested. [15] minutes in the cells.
Obstruction of Evidence (LOG) - It is unlawful to log out, when standing on the jailbreak spot, assuming that you are jail breaking, any suspect who logs out on the jailbreak spot will be arrested immediately. [30] minutes in the cells. No warning.
Obstruction of Evidence (DANCE) - It is unlawful to dance on the jailbreak spot, when you are stunned and cuffed to be investigated for jailbreak. If you dance on the action point, you will be arrested immediately. [15] minutes in the cells. No warning.
Obstruction of Evidence (PUSH/PULL) - It is unlawful for an in-mate to push/pull a user, to remove the pop up alert from appearing. They will be arrested additionally to their original sentence. [10] minutes in the cells. No warning.
Obstruction of Arrest - It is unlawful to push, pull, block, or in any other way obstruct a member of the NYPD who is pursuing or arresting a suspect. This law applies to all users. It is recommended but not required to warn a suspect to stop. [5] minutes in the cells. 1 warning, if continued arrest the user. (No warning required).
Trespassing on Private Property - It is unlawful to refuse to leave property, after being required to leave by the property owner. Offenders will receive a warning to leave; if they refuse they are in violation of this law and will face a jail sentence. Property owners do not need a reason to trespass a person. Unless otherwise specified, a user must not return to the property for a minimum of 15 minutes, or they will be immediately arrested. [15] minutes in the cells, if the user hasn't left.
Trespassing on a State owned Business - It is unlawful to refuse to leave a property, after being required to leave by the business manager. Offenders will receive a warning to leave; if they refuse they are in violation of this law and will face five [5] minutes in the cells. Business managers must provide a reasonable excuse when they trespass a person. Unless otherwise specified, a person must not return to the property for a minimum of 15 minutes, or they will be immediately arrested.
